Paul brings more than 25 years’ experience leading technology operations, cyber security, cloud services and critical infrastructure across public and private sector organisations.
Paul joins the SRS executive team following senior global leadership roles in technology and cyber security, most recently at Verifone, where he led global cloud, cybersecurity and disaster recovery operations supporting highly regulated payment services. His responsibilities included platforms processing over 14 billion payment transactions annually, operating high-availability private and public cloud environments, and assuring compliance across 22 PCI-certified payment systems worldwide. Earlier in his career, he held senior infrastructure and operations roles at organisations including Barclays, ING Direct, Arqiva and Hewlett-Packard, as well as within the defence and aviation sectors.
As Chief Operating Officer, Paul is responsible for guiding SRS's strategic Digital and Data initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, service reliability, and performance. Paul has a proven history of building effective teams, strengthening governance structures, and consistently providing reliable, mission-critical services in complex and highly regulated environments.
Paul is recognised for aligning technology and security objectives with broader organisational aims and for simplifying intricate operational and cyber risks into practical decisions for senior executives and board members. He is valued for his collaborative and pragmatic approach to leadership, always concentrating on dependable services that users can trust.
